Why This Retreat
A Retreat Designed for Real Change
Life can keep us in survival mode — constantly pushing, producing, and powering through. Over time, that pace shows up as stress, overwhelm, burnout, and disconnection from our bodies and emotions.
Here, you'll explore grounding practices that create space for your body and mind to unwind, reconnect with your inner voice, and strengthen your body through movement that supports real healing.
It's tuning in to what your body has been holding. It's allowing emotional and physical tension to release so you can rebuild from a steadier place. This is your opportunity to step out of routine, interrupt autopilot, and reconnect with who you are underneath the noise.

Hike & Heal is a team of wellness practitioners, movement specialists, and coordinators who come together to create intentional retreat experiences centered around healing, connection, and growth. Each retreat blends inner work (sound work, breathwork, emotional grounding) with outer work (mindful movement, strength, mobility) and time in nature.
We believe healing happens when you create space for both your body and your inner world to reconnect, reset, and realign. Through powerful practices, supportive guidance, and the natural grounding energy of the outdoors, we offer retreats designed to help you step away from the noise, tune in, and rediscover your own rhythm.

Held in the powerful, grounding landscape of Sedona, this retreat is designed to support both inner healing and outer (movement-based) healing. Our approach blends emotional regeneration, grounding practices, and physical strength-building, all guided by a team dedicated to your transformation.

Sedona’s natural grounding energy
Movement, stillness, and reflection in nature’s rhythm

Held in the powerful, grounding landscape of Sedona, this retreat uses the land itself as part of the healing process. Sedona's red rock formations, open skies, and natural stillness create an environment unlike anywhere else — one that invites your nervous system to settle and your inner world to open.
There's a reason people travel from around the world to experience Sedona. The landscape holds a stillness that modern life rarely offers. We've chosen this setting intentionally, because healing happens faster when your environment supports it.
Red Rock Country
Sedona's iconic red rock landscape provides the backdrop for outdoor practices, and still moments of reflection. Nature is not a backdrop here — it's an active part of your healing.

QUESTIONS? CONTACT US
Do I need to be experienced with breathwork or sound healing?
Not at all. This retreat is designed to meet you exactly where you are. All inner work sessions are guided and accessible to complete beginners. If you've done this work before, you'll go deeper. If you haven't, you'll be welcomed in fully.
What fitness level is required for the hikes and workouts?
All movement offerings — including hikes — are designed to support healing, not push performance. Our approach is mindful, not intense. That said, a basic level of mobility will help you get the most from the experience. If you have specific concerns, reach out before booking and we'll talk you through it.
Can I come alone? Will I know anyone?
Yes, and many participants do. The retreat is intentionally small — just 7 people — which means genuine connection happens quickly. By day two, you'll feel like you've known this group for years. Solo attendees often say this is one of the most connecting experiences they've had.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Secure your spot with the $549 deposit and contact us to discuss a payment plan that works for your situation. The full balance is due by April 15, 2027.
What is the cancellation policy?
All sales are final. The $549 deposit is non-refundable, and the full balance is non-refundable once paid. We strongly encourage purchasing travel insurance before booking for full peace of mind.
What's the closest airport and how do I get there?
You can fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport or Flagstaff Pulliam Airport. From there, a rental car or shuttle will bring you to the property — there is on-site parking available. We'll share detailed travel instructions after you reserve your spot.
